Oh Slimming World my little nemesis...cheat nights have turned into cheat weeks and, upon looking in my book, I've been gaining since September....so what's been going on?
I've just simply become bored of meal times and see them as a chore rather than an enjoyable task, so with this in mind I decided to venture out and try some new recipes which resulted in some god awful disasters but also some success.

To be honest it wasn't horrendous, the beef actually tasted of beef and although the carrot and swede mush was watery it was surprisingly filling and tasty.
A little update on my weight loss journey through Slimming World and how it's been a complete mix of being good and being ridiculously bad.
So weigh in tonight at Westbourne, Dorset Slimming World and with relatively guilt-free week I'm positive for a good loss.
Although I'm not seeing the results myself yet it certainly does feel good to see that number on the scales going down and down.
So weigh in happened last night and I only lost 1lb - but onwards and upwards with a new plan.
So nearing the end of my second week on Slimming World's new SP Plan and the past few days haven't been brilliant with wine, dinner out, POTATOES and chocolate dessert!
