So weigh in happened last night and I only lost 1lb - but onwards and upwards with a new plan.

Sweet potatoes aside this SP plan has made me far more creative with food and seen my buying foods that I wouldn't normally put in my virtual shopping basket
Christmas is obviously a time most dieters dread and lo and behold with copious amounts of goodies I put on 3lbs which I'm hoping the new plan from Slimming World will now shift.
It's not about starving yourself and your Slimming World consultant will slap your wrists if you even mention the word hunger.
