To be honest it wasn't horrendous, the beef actually tasted of beef and although the carrot and swede mush was watery it was surprisingly filling and tasty.
So weigh in tonight at Westbourne, Dorset Slimming World and with relatively guilt-free week I'm positive for a good loss.

My weigh in is today and I’ve been on Slimming World’s new SP plan for six days now and yes, I've missed potatoes and yes I've found dinners quite difficult but I'm really hoping for a good loss and the scales to be kind.
Sweet potatoes aside this SP plan has made me far more creative with food and seen my buying foods that I wouldn't normally put in my virtual shopping basket
